This privacy policy applies to the Sky Golf Pocket app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iPhone, iPad and Mac that was created by Yevhen Berezin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not collect any information when you download and use the Application. Registration is not required to use the Application. The Application has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, it contains no third-party SDKs, and the Service Provider runs no servers that receive information from it.

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may give the Service Provider anonymous crash reports and usage statistics about the Application. This is handled by Apple, and you can turn it off at any time in your device's settings.

Your settings (graphics, sound and haptics) and your game progress (the levels you finished and your best rounds) are saved on your device so that they are there the next time you play. If you use Game Center, the Application also keeps a note on your device of which scores it has already sent to the leaderboard, together with your Game Center player identifier, so that each score is sent only once. This information stays on your device, except as described under Game Center and iCloud below. On iPhone and iPad it is removed when you delete the Application.

You can play the whole game without Game Center. If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the Application uses it for the leaderboards: when you finish every level of a pack, your total strokes for that pack are sent to the pack's Game Center leaderboard, where other players can see your score together with your Game Center name. The Application also reads the leaderboard to show you your rank. Game Center is provided by Apple, and this information is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). Apart from what the leaderboard shows to every player, the Service Provider does not receive your Game Center information. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in your device's Settings (System Settings on a Mac).

If you are signed in to Game Center and iCloud, your game progress (which levels you finished and your best rounds) is stored as a Game Center saved game in your own iCloud account, so that it stays the same on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is stored by Apple, and the Service Provider cannot access it. You can manage it in your iCloud settings.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device.

Since the Service Provider does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties. Game Center and iCloud are Apple's own services, which the Application uses only if you are signed in to them, as described above.

You can sign out of Game Center or iCloud in your device's settings at any time and keep playing. You can also stop all use of the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the App Store.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (hello@skyparadise.org) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Service Provider does not collect any information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals through the Service Provider. Your settings and progress are kept in the Application's own storage on your device, and your Game Center and iCloud data is protected by Apple.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
